Purpose:
The Marketing Associate reports to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for developing and executing a variety of Isto Biologics’ marketing efforts. This key impact player will be involved in direct-response marking campaigns, coordination of tradeshows, maintenance of marketing collateral & sales enablement tools, and support of Medical Education events. In addition, this position will assist in ongoing product development and commercialization efforts in cooperation with R&D, Regulatory, and Sales.
Key Result Areas
Marketing of bone growth & autologous therapy product lines:
Creation and maintenance of marketing brochures and other sales tools to effectively communicate and drive marketing & sales efforts.
Assist in new product commercialization in collaboration with cross-functional team members to ensure successful and timely commercialization of new products.
Participate in activities to gather, store, and disseminate information on competitive products.
Ensure all marketing materials are compliant and Regulatory approved.
Corporate / Digital Marketing
Manage tradeshow presence and activity to maximize promotional impact, sales leads and ROI.
Author distributor newsletter to capture independent distributor mindshare and product sales.
Manage website content and updates including increasing functionality and value.
Create digital and social campaigns and manage the effectiveness of each output to increase conversion.

Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills.
The ability to effectively interact with a large, diversified sales force including independent distributors.
Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, with strong attention to timelines and performance metrics.
Education and Experience
Minimum of 5 years marketing experience in medical devices, preferred.
Talented writer with copywrite experience.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce or Mailchimp a plus.
Bachelor’s degree.
Life Science/Biology background is desirable.
