Marketing Manager

Reports to:
VP Sales & Marketing
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading Isto’s marketing efforts. This position will be focused on lead generation campaigns, management and coordination of tradeshows, development and maintenance of marketing collateral & sales enablement tools, field communication, and support of Medical Education events. In addition, this position will assist in ongoing product development and commercialization efforts in cooperation with R&D, Regulatory, and Sales.
Marketing Management of bone growth product lines, InQu & Influx
Drive new product commercialization in collaboration with cross-functional team members to ensure successful and timely commercialization of new products.
Serve as product line expert with a high degree of market, clinical, and competitive knowledge. Lead activities to gather, store, and disseminate information on competitive products.
Manage tradeshow presence and activity to maximize promotional impact, sales leads and ROI.
Author distributor newsletter to capture independent distributor mindshare and product sales.
Develop product positioning, messaging, marketing brochures, value analysis, and other sales tools to effectively communicate and drive marketing & sales efforts.
Manage website content and updates including increasing functionality and value.
Sales training & education for bone growth product lines
Work with Medical Education Director to develop training curriculum and materials for educating sales reps and other internal players on the assigned product lines.
Work with the Medical Education & Training Team, to support sales and product training sessions for the Isto Sales team and independent distributors, as needed.
Assist in preparation of customer education materials, and support ongoing physician education of Isto products at training courses, seminars, and key industry meetings and conferences.
Education and Required Experience
Minimum of 5 years marketing experience in medical devices, preferably in spine or orthopedics
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
Bachelor’s degree required
Travel Requirements: 25-50%.
