Isto Biologics, an orthobiologics company dedicated to improving patient quality of life by using the science of human biology to advance solutions for spine, orthopedics, and sports medicine, is currently seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our sales team. The Territory Manager is responsible for direct sales of company’s products to ensure the achievement of sales objectives by calling on prospective customers, providing technical and administrative information/demonstration, and quoting appropriate prices in a designated sales region. The territory’s sales strategy will be in alignment with the strategic priorities of the organization and will be analyzed based on sales, territory management and personal development. The Territory Manager is primarily responsible for growth and maintenance of existing accounts and, lead generation and qualification activities to develop the opportunity pipeline and close new accounts and physicians. They must also manage existing distributor relationships. Also, appropriately utilizes available resources to achieve consistent results to assigned accounts, develops creative solutions for customers consistent with business plan objectives and evaluates and implements appropriate sales techniques to increase revenue. The Territory Manager acts as a liaison with established accounts to ensure satisfaction and maintains up to date records and attends and participates in sales meetings, training programs, conventions and trade shows as necessary.
