Statement on COVID-19

To our Isto community,

As COVID-19 continues to impact our communities on a local and global scale, we want to take a moment to share the changes we are making to ensure the support of both our Isto customers and employees.

While this pandemic has had wide reaching impact, our customers and partners are among those most affected. We recognize the challenge this unprecedented event is having especially on physicians, hospitals and healthcare workers.

We at Isto want you to know that you have our support and we are here to help in any way we can.

Considering recent announcements from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as local government agencies, all Isto employees have been encouraged to work from home for the foreseeable future should their specific role allow for it. We will continue to follow the guidelines of local, state, and federal government to ensure we are doing our part in slowing the spread of COVID-19.

At the same time, there will be life after this challenge has passed, and to that end we are still working diligently in our Hopkinton, MA headquarters to make sure the products you depend on are manufactured and delivered without compromising our high standards. As a valued customer or partner of one or more of our products, we want you to know that we understand the importance of the products we provide to you and your business. Meeting that responsibility in any environment is our key focus — and our mission to help patients heal faster guides us as we closely monitor and respond to this current situation.
