Accounts Receivable Associate

Isto Biologics, a growing medical device manufacturing and biologics company, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate at their Hopkinton office. The Accounts Receivable Associate reports to the Accounts Receivable Manager and is responsible for the support of all A/R processes.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Post and distribute all accounts receivable invoices

  • Post and process all credit card payments, ACH and wires

  • Accounts receivable follow-up

  • Operating to applicable areas of the Quality System required

Required Education and Experience
  • Associates Degree in Accounting or related field is required

  • 1-2 years of previous related experience is preferred

  • Ability to work independently is required

  • Accounts receivable process knowledge required

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, professional phone manner and ability to cooperatively interact with staff members, suppliers and customers is required
