Clinical Field Specialist
Remote + 35-40% travel
Isto Biologics, a growing medical device manufacturing and biologics company, is seeking a Clinical Field Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Clinical Field Specialist will work closely with the Isto Biologics sales team and physician product users supporting the company's products. This role is responsible for providing clinical expertise, training, and guidance to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Case coverage for new products.
- Clinical support for sales team in meetings, journal clubs, etc.
- Clinical marketing support-developing presentations, providing clinical knowledge for product marketing pieces.
- Assisting in training and education of sales team and physician product users.
- Manage the outpatient market from a clinical perspective.
Required Education and Experience
- A bachelor degree or higher with an experience of therapeutic knowledge in sports medicine, pain management, spine and other orthopedic surgeries desired.
- Willingness to travel. (35-40%)
- A working knowledge of anatomy, physiology and cellular biology is preferred.
- Experience should include navigating an operating room, understanding sterile technique, and the use of biologics for specific procedures.
- Excellent and professional communication skills are required along with ability to do presentations, and speak confidently to surgeons as well as interact effectively with Isto employees and external personnel.
- Ability to learn quickly and self-educate on different surgical specialties, procedures, and product usage, as well as basic clinical trial knowledge and understanding. (self-starter)
- Good technical and computer skills is a must. Ability to navigate multiple platforms and help to create efficiencies in clinical processes.
