Operations Supervisor

Isto Biologics is a growing, 100% biologics-focused company committed to helping patients heal faster by providing a range of advanced solutions to surgeons of varying specialties. We are seeking a Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The operations specialist will perform multiple duties across multiple areas of Operations. Primary tasks include the processing and packaging of HCT/P within an ISO controlled cleanroom. Specialists may also assist the fulfillment of sales orders, shipping and receiving of materials and supplies as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand and follow standard operating procedures
- Operate in an ISO 5 controlled environment while maintaining aseptic technique
- Accurately document process in batch record
- Accurately enter information onto ERP (GP) system
- Accurately process sales orders
- Accurately transfer product and materials in ERP system
- Receive incoming product, materials and supplies
- Create and edit existing or new operating procedures or company documents
- Assists with projects as needed
- Ability to function well as a member of the team and build relationships between Operations and other departments within the organization
Required Education and Experience
- BA/BS degree preferred or 1 year related work experience
- CTBS preferred
- Cleanroom, document control, packing and labeling experience
- Demonstrates strong written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Ability to walk/stand/sit for 8 hours
- Ability to work with lab equipment
Schedule:
- Full-time
Compensation:
- $28-30/hour
