Duties and Responsibilities
- Identifying project inhibitors and obtaining solutions
- Establishing milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules
- Leading and driving multi-disciplinary and cross functional projects, including Engineering, Operations, Quality and Regulatory to ensure successful project execution
- Understanding and apply Lean principles as appropriate
- Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks, responsible for escalating critical business decisions to appropriate management
- Building and maintaining project documentation
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University or College in Engineering, Project Management, or related field; Masters degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a project manager, preferably leading projects in the medical device industry
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously across different departments
- Proven experience in the medical device and/or biologics industries
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Schedule:
- Full-time
Compensation:
- $95,000 - $115,000
